Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Jacks Point Accounting. Any refund granted will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • Services have been fully performed and delivered based on your instructions.

  • Dissatisfaction arises from decisions made by you based on our advice or recommendations.

  • The issue results from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you.

 

To request a refund, please email info@jackspointaccounting.co.nz within 14 days of receiving the service, outlining the reasons for your request.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand and is subject to the limitations of liability outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
